REUTTE INTERNATIONAL
The JWTS regional tournament "Reutte International" took place in Reutte, Tyrol last week. The players came from Germany, Austria and Luxembourg. The tournament was played in 7 age groups. Despite the global pandemic, the tournament was a success.
All the children had fun and fought for world ranking points. The age groups U8 and U10 were held as a Promo Kidscup. These age groups will soon also be an official part of the JWTS.
There were exciting and close matches in every age group. Two short sentences were played.
The tournament organizer Andreas Gerstgrasser, owner of the Pro Tennisschool, was satisfied with the first tournament in Reutte. “All the children were happy about the tournament and played good tennis. I would also like to thank the sponsors and the JWTS for the new opportunity for young players. "
